Dear Renault 15/17 enthusiasts,
As you already know, this year our spring event will be held on the 6,7 and 8th May.
The location is camping " de Roggeberg" in Appelscha.
Here we have a field at our disposal where we can camp together and celebrate the 25th anniversary of our club.
This year the event will be in the province of Friesland, where we have not been before with the club.
Roelof Taekema is a new member of the club, and has taken it upon himselve to organize this special meeting.
On Saturday there will be a professional photographer present.
Enclosed you will find a registration form accompanied by a brief program of the event.
Like every year you must sign up in advance for the event, in order to participate.
Send the registration form as soon as possible, but before April 15th back to Roelof Oost.
This is necessary to make all the reservations with restaurants and more.
Also do not forget to pay the event fees because if you haven't paid, no participation!
Also this year you will have to book your own accommodations, for people with tents and caravans the price per night is €23,50.
There is a special price, from 4 to 9 May that will be 124 euros.
There is a field which is reserved for people with tents and caravans, also the campings has bungalows for rent.
When you make a reservation at "de Roggeberg" mention that you are coming for the Renault 15/17 event.
Other accomodations for non campers, are in the neighbourhood of "de Roggeberg".
Our event is in the "Hemelvaart weekend" so this has some disadvantages, it will be busier and the prices for accomodations will be higher.
What you have to do to participate:
1) Fill in the application form, and return it before April 15th to (roelofoost@live.nl)
2) Transfer the event money to NL49 RABO 0369 4396 78, in name of Roelof Oost
3) Make reservations at "de Roggeberg" or somewhere else.
And hopefully we will see you in Appelscha
Greetings Roelof Oost and Roelof Taekema.
