He is doing a wonderful job.

Not sure why the black bumper? Maybe he likes the look of the R1317 better?

His car will likely look better than new when done.

It is great to see a small revival for our cars

You are correct, there are still passionate people who love their French cars, and its really nice to meet fellow R17 friends.

The number of R15's and R17's is still very small, there are almost enough for a gathering in Florida.

I found a unknown R17 Gordini decouvrable on Ebay, which is for sale in parts.
It's the same color as Keishin's car, but this one is a R1326.

They are putting parts up for sale in the next few weeks, they are based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

For example, he is selling the right headlight trim but this has multiple fractures in it.
And the polyester part of the rear bumper is also cracked in multiple places.

also today I took my girlfriend for 50km trip.

I continue to enjoy her so much!!

Here is the new stereo I installed.

I also added a few small upgrades.

The switch 2nd from the right controls the garage door opener.

The far right switch controls the electric radio antenna.

The kind like your car and like in my car, they are hidden underneath the dashboard.

Visited my friend on Sunday.

He helped me with my car and never had seen the Gotti wheels so I stopped by.

Tim owns two Bitter SC Coupes. Pretty rare in the US. He is car crazy for sure like the rest of us

Hello all,

Today I had a big surprise. This is the only other Renault we know running in Colorado.

The owner is John Barber our mutua friend Charlie is the owner of the JDM RHD Toyota Celica in these pictures and is my friend who did most of the work on my R17 to bring her back to life.
